This liquid packaging machine is designed for low-viscosity liquids (100–500 ml) and is compatible only with single-layer PE film. A time-based metering model is suitable for standard high-volume production, whereas a flow meter version is recommended if high filling accuracy is required. Model Selection Guide (for customers)
1. Product Type: Suitable only for low-viscosity liquids with good flowability (e.g., water, vinegar, soy sauce, yellow rice wine, disinfectant); not suitable for viscous pastes or sauces containing particulates. Please consult us in advance if the product tends to foam heavily.
2. Capacity: Confirm the volume per bag; the machine's optimal range is 100–500 ml.
3. Accuracy Requirements: A time-controlled model suffices for standard high-volume packaging of water or vinegar; choose the flow meter version if strict volume accuracy is required.
4. Packaging Film: Compatible only with single-layer PE film; composite films cannot be used.
5. Voltage: For overseas exports, please confirm local voltage requirements; custom voltage options are available.
