Product Introduction
Workflow
1. Bulk candies are loaded in batches onto a rotary sorting disc.
2. The disc spins, using centrifugal force to automatically orient and align the candies before feeding them sequentially onto the conveyor track.
3. The conveyor system transports the candies to the packaging station.
4. Packaging film is unwound and wrapped around the candies; longitudinal and side seals are formed and pressed.
5. The end-sealing mechanism simultaneously seals the front and rear ends and cuts the film, discharging the finished candies from the outlet.
