Product Introduction
I. how machine works
A fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine equipped with a rotary volumetric cup dosing system. It measures materials based on the volume of the cups. The machine processes roll film to automatically complete bag forming, volumetric dosing/filling, sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge.
1. Upper Hopper + Rotary Volumetric Cup Dosing Mechanism
A large hopper stores granular material, feeding into a rotating turntable equipped with multiple fixed-volume cups. Material falls into the cups, achieving precise dosing based on volume; as the turntable rotates, the material drops into the bag-forming assembly.
Principle: Volumetric dosing; filling capacity is adjusted by swapping cups of different heights. Suitable for free-flowing granules such as white sugar, salt, melon seeds, granular seasonings, and millet.
Limitations: Weight may fluctuate for materials with significant density variations; not suitable for fragile or high-value materials.
2. Film Unwinding Mechanism
Bag Forming + Heat Sealing Assembly
Film is folded into a tube shape by the forming collar; the vertical sealer seals the side seam, while the horizontal sealer seals the top and bottom of the bag. Sealing and cutting occur simultaneously, directly producing individual small bags. All product-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
3. PLC Touch Control Panel
Screen settings for bag length, packaging speed, and sealing temperature; independently adjustable temperatures; fault alerts; parameter saving. Equipped with casters at the base for easy relocation within the workshop.
II. Suitable Material
Free-flowing granular materials: Salt, white sugar, seeds, millet, granular seasonings, instant drink granules, melon seeds, beans.
