This is the 10‑Head Multi‑head Combination Weigher + Collar former bag packing machine
1. weighing part
The weighing part is high‑speed high‑accuracy weighing unit for granule & snack products. Material is distributed by top dispersion cone and 10 sets independent linear vibrators into pool hoppers. Each weighing hopper fitted with high‑precision load‑cell sensor. CPU calculates thousands of weight combinations within milliseconds, select the best combination closest to target weight. Selected hoppers discharge synchronously, material flow down to VFFS vertical packing machine.

Multi-head Combination Weigher Accuracy
Accuracy is measured in grams (g) and expressed in the industry as "± error." It is closely related to the target weight, the weigher head specifications (weighing range), and the physical state of the product. Taking a standard 10-head combination weigher for granules as an example:
1. Standard weighing range (most common for 10-head weighers on the market: 5–2000g)
Low weight range: 10–100g
Absolute error: ±0.3g to ±1g
Suitable for: Candy, freeze-dried products, small snacks
Medium weight range: 100–500g (typical range for nuts and puffed foods)
Absolute error: ±1g to ±2g
High weight range: 500–2000g (pet food, mixed grains)
Absolute error: ±2g to ±5g
Percentage reference: Under normal conditions, the error is approximately ±0.2% to ±1% of the target weight.
2. Bag making part
The collar former is core forming part for VFFS vertical packing machine. Flat roll film slides along polished collar curved surface, folded into perfect vertical cylinder. Film edges overlap accurately for vertical sealing. The central hollow pipe serves as material feeding chute.
Suitable for thick composite film, aluminum foil film, large‑size granule bags.
Produce neat, square‑shaped finished bags.
One collar matches one bag width. Change bag size needs replace whole collar former.
