Features of the fully automatic biscuit packaging machine:
1. A specially designed and patented shaper, specifically designed for the material, reduces film consumption and allows for automatic film hot-stamping during machine downtime.
2. A mechanical and electronic anti-cutting feature, specifically designed for materials prone to damage, significantly reduces material damage.
3. A variety of size selectors are specifically designed to address the wide variety of materials, making operation even faster.
4. The heat shrink oven features dual temperature zones, automatic temperature control, and hot air circulation to ensure shrinking quality.
5. The user-friendly, extended conveyor line and receiving platform facilitate the entire production process. 6. The machine body is exquisitely crafted from thick steel plates, and some parts feature a precision chrome-plated finish, providing corrosion resistance and enhancing the machine's aesthetics.
Precautions for Using the Fully Automatic Biscuit Packaging Machine:
1. When adjusting the packaging machine's conveyor stop position, align the center of the packaging machine's heater rod with the center of the sealing table.
2. Maintain a 7-10mm gap between the machine's heater rod and the sealing table. If the gap becomes smaller, adjust the support plate and spring position to avoid affecting packaging quality.
3. If the conveyor stops too far ahead, adjust the travel switch clockwise. If it stops too far ahead, adjust the travel switch counterclockwise. The adjustment should be minimal, 3-5mm is sufficient. Remember to tighten the clamp bolts after adjustment.
4. After a period of continuous operation, the packaging machine's components will wear out, causing them to lose coordination and resulting in inaccurate conveyor stop positions, affecting the next cycle.
