Sealing machine operation precautions and daily maintenance
The sealing machine consists of a frame, a speed-reducing transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveyor system, and an electrical and electronic control system. When the power is turned on, all mechanisms begin operating. The electric heating element heats up, rapidly heating the upper and lower heating blocks. This temperature is then adjusted to the desired temperature by the temperature control system. The impression wheel rotates, and the cooling system activates as needed. The conveyor belt rotates, and the speed control device adjusts the speed to the desired speed.

When a package containing items is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealed portion of the bag is automatically fed between the two rotating sealing belts and brought into the heating zone. Heat from the heating blocks is transferred to the sealed portion of the bag through the sealing belts, softening the film. The film then passes through the cooling zone, where its surface temperature decreases appropriately. The knurling wheel (or printing wheel) then presses the upper and lower plastic films together, forming a mesh pattern (or printed logo). The sealed bag is then conveyed out of the machine by a guide rubber belt and conveyor belt, completing the sealing process. The process is as follows.
I. Process Operation
1. Press the "ON" button. The power indicator and "COOLER" indicator light will illuminate, and the warning light will flash.
2. Press the "START" button. The warning light will go out, the "START" indicator will illuminate, and the power setting will be reached.
3. Turn on the conveyor belt, start the conveyor, and adjust the speed knob to the desired position.
4. Insert the container to be sealed and begin normal operation.
5. If overcurrent occurs during operation, the "FAULT" light on the control panel will illuminate and the warning light will flash. Press the "RESET" button. Wait until the overcurrent light goes out, then press the "START" button again.
6. When the operation is complete, press the "STOP" button to return the machine to state 1.
7. Press the "OFF" button to shut down the machine and exit standby mode.
II. Operational Precautions and Daily Maintenance
1. This machine uses a 220V single-phase, three-wire power supply. Ensure reliable grounding, as this poses a safety hazard.
2. Keep metal parts away from the sensor head.
3. Check the cooling water level regularly. For frequent use, check it weekly and refill the cooling water. Use non-conductive cooling water.
4. Check the pipes regularly for leaks and seepage at the joints. To prevent freezing of pipes due to low temperatures, fill the water tank with antifreeze.
5. Maintenance and repair must follow the operating procedures.
6. Maintenance and repair must be performed by qualified personnel.
7. Do not open the machine case after it is powered on. Always disconnect the main power supply during inspection and maintenance.
8. This machine is equipped with overload and overheating protection systems. When the heat sink temperature exceeds 70°C, the high voltage is cut off and the warning light flashes. This also protects against overload (digital display momentarily exceeding "100") caused by excessive load (i.e., the heated bottle caps are too large, too closely packed, or too close to the sensor head). This is normal and can be restarted by pressing the "START" button.
