The pillow packaging machine's main body is constructed of structural components, featuring an advanced and rational design and easy installation. Its height can be adjusted according to bag size. This is a medium-sized horizontal pillow packaging machine. Its operating principle is that the film roll is fed into the former via a driven roller and formed. The packaged material is fed into the forming machine via an infeed conveyor, where it is longitudinally sealed and transversely cut before being discharged by a discharging device.
This packaging machine is designed for solids and is suitable for packaging various solid, regularly shaped items, such as biscuits, bread, mooncakes, candy, and other foods, as well as daily necessities and industrial parts. For loose or individual items, the packaged items must first be placed in a box or bundled together to form a single unit before packaging. The same principles apply to other non-solid items.
The pillow packaging machine utilizes variable frequency speed regulation, a microcomputer controller (WDK) control system, a P1D digital intelligent temperature controller, a photoelectric detection bidirectional tracking system, a small-screen power display, and a circuit protection system. This achieves stepless speed change, automatic tracking of the cutting point, accurate temperature control, high packaging precision, intuitive display, and guaranteed safety.
