peanut butter, ketchup ,sauce, jam,paste and etc into cups and trays.

It is a full automatic machine include automatic cup drop, filling, sealing, optional production date coding, finish product
output.Also,by changing different dosing and measuring device,It is able to fill powder and granular product as well.

Our honey spoon filling machine can fill 1,200 plastic spoons in 1 hour. Honey, Chocolate, Jam, Marmalade, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Powder Products can be filled. The difference from the 6-spoon honey machine is its capacity. Our low capacity machine depends on the number of nozzles. The capacity of our machine increases as the number of nozzles increase.

Filling System

Filling weight is adjustable for different gr. There is piston filler system which can use for honey, chocolate, milk products, cream products, caramel, fruit syrups, jam etc. Whole filling system has double jacket heater for honey type of product because these type of product do not have enough viscosity for filling. With double jacket system heat up the product and fill with more liquid to the cups.

Automatic Pre-cut Foil Sealing System

All station of the machines design for spoon dimensions. Also foil stations too. Pre-cut foils put inside foil reservoir by hand and machine takes from reservoir with vacuum system automatically and put on spoons, after next station with sealing heads, seal the foils on spoons. Sealing heads temperature is adjustable depends on foil material, can choose best sealing temperature depends on own design spoon and foil.
