Product Introduction
Complete Operating Cycle
Material is poured into the top hopper;
The motor drives the rotary plate, filling the measuring cups with material, while a scraper levels off the excess;
The measuring cup rotates to the discharge station, and the material drops into the pre-formed film tube;
The film is pulled downward; the vertical seal closes the side, and the horizontal seal closes the bottom;
After filling, the horizontal seal closes the top, the cutter severs the bag, the finished product drops, and the cycle repeats.
