Product Introduction
The Automatic paste packing machine is a vertical form-fill-seal machine. It completes the whole packaging process through film feeding, bag forming, rotor pump quantitative filling, heat sealing and cutting, suitable for tomato sauce, chili sauce and other paste/particle-containing sauces.
The machine is controlled by PLC & touch screen. Operators can preset bag length, filling volume and running speed for continuous automatic production.
Adaptable Filling for Viscous Products
Equipped with professional rotor pump filling structure, it works well for different viscosity materials, from thin liquid to thick sauces with fine particles. Stable feeding avoids material splashing, overflow or blockage during continuous running.
