Workflow
Film Loading - Film roll is mounted on the stand, threaded through guide rollers and the photo-eye sensor, then enters the forming collar.
Vertical Sealing - Overlapping film edges are heat-sealed into a continuous tube.
Metering & Filling - The auger or cup meter dispenses a precise amount of tea into the formed film tube.
Film Pulling & Horizontal Sealing - The pulling mechanism draws film down by one bag length; the horizontal jaws close, seal, and cut simultaneously.
Discharge - The finished bag drops onto the conveyor belt and is carried to the collection area.
Cycle Repeat - The machine continuously repeats this process at high speed.
