What to do if a small vacuum packaging machine breaks down?
Small vacuum packaging machines inevitably experience malfunctions during use, but as long as the cause is identified and resolved quickly, it won't significantly impact your company. So, what should you do if you encounter a vacuum problem?

1. Check whether the vacuum pump is rotating in reverse. Check that the direction of rotation matches the arrow on the pump.
2. The newly purchased small vacuum packaging machine may not align with the plane between the upper and lower covers of the vacuum chamber. Therefore, when you cover the vacuum chamber, the upper cover should align with the panel.
3. The stroke switch is not in place. Adjust the position of the stroke switch limiter.
4. The time relay is out of control and needs to be replaced.
5. The exhaust valve is not tightly closed, causing leakage. Check the exhaust solenoid valve and valve core (rubber) for wear, contamination, or misalignment.
6. Inspect each part of the piping for leaks or looseness.
