1. Vacuum packaging prevents food oxidation. Oily foods contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, which easily oxidize upon contact with oxygen, causing the food to spoil and change flavor. Furthermore, oxidation leads to the loss of vitamins A and C, and unstable substances in food pigments darken in color due to the effect of oxygen. Therefore, deoxygenation effectively prevents food spoilage, preserving its color, aroma, flavor, and nutritional value.

Besides deoxygenation and preservation, vacuum gas-filled packaging also provides pressure resistance, gas barrier properties, and freshness preservation, effectively maintaining the original color, aroma, flavor, shape, and nutritional value of food for a longer period.
