Air filter cleaning
The air filter is between air pump and atmosphere. Thus some foreign materials may hide on the lids (a small amount of liquid, powder and particles). The lids shall checked and cleaned every day.
Clean the air filter at the inlet and outlet The vacuum pump will inlet the air outside through the air filter. If there is any dust or dirts on the lids or filter screen, ideal effects of vacuum pump will not be obtained. Consequently, the lids of the filter and filter screen of the air filter shall be cleaned once per week.
Air tube cleaning
If you press the releasing ring while pushing the air duct, you can take off the air tube easily.
Replace the teflon sheet in case of loss, burning or seal stained.1.Lossen the four retaining screws of teflon frame.2.Rotate the teflon spinner handle. Roll up the damaged teflon sheet forward or backward. When the teflon tape is sticked on electric heating plate, remove it bef2ore rolling up and replace the
electric heating plate.
If the electric heating plate is burn or seal stained or nonuniform, please replace the electric heating plate.
1.The electric heating plate is below teflon. Take out the heating plate after removing the adhesive tape.
The electrode cap is fixed at the side. Lossen the screws with a screwdriver and take off the cover.
2.Uplift the electrode cap, loosen the heating plate and loosen the retaining screws with a screwdriver.
Heating plate installation
Install the heating plate to electrode bar. Tighten the screws with a screwdriver while pressing the heating plate port with fingers simultaneously so that it will not slip off the clamp.
Attention!!!
If the teflon is damaged or invalid, please replace the teflon belt.
Replace the adhesive tape and teflon adhesive tape.
If the silicone teflon tape under the heating plate is burnout, it may cause short circuit, melting and poor sealing at heating. It is necessary to check and replace in time
