External Vacuum Packing Machine Working Process

Working process

(1) Air extraction, sealing, cold cutting

When the machine is at stand by status, turn on the extraction switch and the extraction indicator light will be on. Step on the foot

switch, the program will start, and the vacuum pump will start working. After completion of the work, down count sealing and cold cutting to finish the work and go back to stand by status (The working condition is applicable to vacuum packing of food, electronics, medical, tools, department stores, etc.).

(2) Air inflation, sealing and cold cutting

When the machine is at stand by status, turn on the air inflation

switch and the air inflation indicator light will be on. Step on the foot switch, the program will start, and the solenoid valve will start working. After completion of the work, down count sealing and cold cutting to finish the work and go back to stand by status (The working condition is applicable to

Extrusion proofing and quake proof packing of food, electronics, medical, tools, department stores, etc.).

(3) Air extraction, air inflation sealing, cold cutting

When the machine is at stand by status, turn on the air extraction switch and air inflation switch, and the indicator lights of air extraction and air inflation will be on simultaneously. Step on the foot switch, the vacuum pump will start working. After completion of the work, the normally closed aeration time of solenoid valve will starting down counting (gas is to be determined by the user, such as nitrogen, oxygen etc.), down count sealing and cold cutting

to finish the work and go back to stand by status (The working

condition is applicable to food fresh keeping and packing for materials avoiding extrusion.)

(4) Sealing and cold cutting

When the machine is at stand by status, turn off the air extraction switch and air inflation switch. Step on the foot switch, down count sealing and cold cutting to finish the work and go back to stand by status (The working condition is applicable to separate sealing packing of stationery, electronics, medicine, etc.) .

(5) Emergency stop operation

If any abnormal situation occurs or you'd like to stop the working process in advance, you can press emergency stop key 8. The control panel of the machine will power outage and the machine will get restored. Rotate the emergency stop button at clockwise, it will go back to stand by status
