Working principle of sealing and packaging machine
A sealing machine is a piece of machinery used to seal packages filled with packaging materials. After products are placed in packaging bags, the bags need to be sealed to preserve the product, maintain its quality, and prevent loss. This operation is completed on a sealing packaging machine. The working principle of a food sealing packaging machine is as follows:

Generally, a sealing machine consists of a frame, a reduction and speed-regulating transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.
When the power is turned on, each mechanism begins to work. The heating elements are energized and heat up, causing the upper and lower heating blocks to heat up rapidly. The temperature is adjusted to the required temperature by the temperature control system. The printing rollers rotate, and the cooling system starts cooling as needed. The conveyor belt rotates, and the speed is adjusted to the required speed by the speed regulating device.
When a package containing goods is placed on a conveyor belt, the sealed portion of the bag is automatically fed between two operating sealing belts and carried into the heating zone. The heat from the heating block is transferred to the sealed portion of the bag through the sealing belt, causing the film to soften and melt. Then, it passes through a cooling zone to appropriately lower the surface temperature of the film. After being rolled by a knurling wheel (or printing wheel), the upper and lower plastic films of the sealed portion are bonded together and pressed to create a mesh pattern (or printed markings). Finally, the sealed package is sent out of the machine by a guide rubber belt and a conveyor belt, completing the sealing operation.
