Working Process

Film Unwinding – Roll film is fed into the forming area through a stable guiding system.

Pouch Forming – The film is folded and formed into a hollow pouch cavity.

Filling – Chili sauce or viscous seasoning is filled into the pouch quantitatively.

Heat Sealing – Top, bottom and side seals are completed by the sealing jaws.

Cutting & Output – The finished pouch is cut and discharged for collection and packaging.
