The complete system comprises a Z-type bucket elevator, a 10-head combination weigher, a vertical packaging machine, and an operating platform, automating the entire process from material feeding, precise weighing, and bag forming/sealing to finished product discharge.
Utilizing a multi-head combination weigher, this equipment offers superior weighing accuracy compared to standard volumetric cup systems and is capable of handling mixed granular products-such as nuts, puffed snacks, candies, and freeze-dried goods. The entire unit is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, meeting the production standards of food processing facilities.
This production line significantly reduces labor requirements and is ideal for high-volume, continuous production; bag specifications and packaging speeds are easily adjustable via the touchscreen interface, ensuring simple operation.
