What are the differences between vacuum packaging machines and ordinary packaging machines?
Vacuum packaging machines have developed rapidly, and with the continuous changes in the economy, the packaging industry is also growing rapidly. So, what are the differences between vacuum packaging machines and ordinary packaging machines?

The differences between vacuum packaging machines and ordinary packaging machines are as follows:
1. Vacuum packaging machines have different goals than other packaging machines. Vacuum packaging machines focus on extending the shelf life of products with oxygen-free openings. For example, many microorganisms use oxygen to survive. Ordinary packaging machines cannot guarantee the removal of oxygen.
2. Ordinary packaging machines rarely use this high-quality process in production. Because ordinary packaging machines have lower requirements for product packaging, the use of ordinary processes may be effective, but the difference with vacuum packaging machines is that they remove water. The vacuum form, combined with advanced electronic technology, is suitable for small-batch production. Medium-batch production can also be combined with assembly line operations to improve production efficiency.
3. The sealing temperature of vacuum packaging is high enough that most non-microbial microorganisms require both water and oxygen to multiply. Vacuum packaging does not interfere with these two aspects, preventing food microorganisms from multiplying. Therefore, extending the shelf life of food is secondary; the primary function is to prevent food oxidation through oxygen.
Vacuum packaging machines are beneficial to workers, but caregivers are concerned about certain products that require close contact and must be kept healthy, such as dust, toxic products, and irritating radioactive products.
