1. Fasten the joint.
2. Regularly check the sensitivity of the sensor.
3. Equipment maintenance items are handled by operators and maintenance records are formed.
4. Check and tighten the electrical control circuit and the connection of each sensor.
5. Oil must be added to the lubricator before starting production (including the feeding device).
6. After each production stop (including the feeding device), discharge water from the pressure reducing valve.
7. All lubricated parts should be filled with enough lubricant to prevent wear of parts.
8. Check whether the pneumatic and transmission mechanisms are in good condition, and adjust and replace the lubricant.
9. After each production, please clean the machine and turn off the main power switch or unplug the power plug.
10. Clean the inside and outside of the filler pipe and sealer. Do not use hot water above 45°C to avoid damaging the seal.
11. Check whether the motor under test, heating system, PLC and inverter are normal, and perform a cleaning test to check whether the coefficient parameters are normal.
12. During the operation, the operator should standardize the operation. During the operation, please do not touch each part of the machine with your hands to avoid personal injury. If abnormal sound is found, please stop checking in time until the cause is found. After troubleshooting, it can be turned on again.
