1. If the temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, or the outer film layer has poor heat resistance, the seal will appear scorched and wrinkled. The repair method is to increase the speed, lower the temperature, or replace the film material.

2. If the knife holder is too high or too low, the packaging speed is too fast, and the push rod and cutter are out of sync, the cutter may cut into the product. The repair method is to reduce the packaging speed and adjust the height of the end seal component so that the center of the sealing knife is centered at the product height.

3. If the film color mark is too light, the film drive is slipping, or color mark tracking is not enabled, the cutting position may deviate from the color mark. The repair method in this case is to refer to the packaging machine manual and adjust its sensitivity; in the human-machine interface, switch the tracking mode to "Tracking Cut".

4. If the solid-state breaker is burned out, the temperature controller is damaged, or the thermocouple is damaged, the thermometer cannot control the temperature.
