Is it suitable for packaging seeds?
✅ It is suitable for packaging small seeds (vegetable, flower, or field crop seeds) that flow well and have uniform granules (in small 5–200g bags).
However, there is a caveat: it is not suitable for commercial high-quality seeds that require strict weight precision.
Is the product's operation complex? - No, it is simple to operate.
1. Load the packaging film roll and thread the film through the machine;
2. Configure settings on the touchscreen: bag length, packaging speed, and vertical/horizontal sealing temperatures;
3. Adjust the measuring cup height to achieve the target fill volume;
4. Load the material and start a test run;
5. Test-run a few bags to verify weight and seal quality; once confirmed, switch to fully automatic continuous operation.
6. Normal production requires minimal manual intervention; the machine automatically handles bag forming, metering, filling, sealing, and cutting.
When changing products or bag specifications (requires adjustment):
1. Replace or adjust the measuring cup to change the fill volume;
2. Adjust the horizontal and vertical positions of the forming collar to accommodate the new bag width;
3. Reset the bag length and heat-sealing temperatures;
4. Perform a test run and fine-tune settings until the bag shape and weight meet standards.
5. The forming collar does not require a mold change-only position adjustments-making it more convenient than "collar-style" (forming shoulder) models.
Areas requiring a brief learning curve:
Film threading: The film roll must follow a specific path during the initial setup; novices usually master this after 2–3 practice attempts;
Heat-sealing temperature adjustment: Different films require different temperatures; if the temperature is too low, the seal won't hold, and if it is too high, the film may melt or burn;
Measuring cup fine-tuning: Adjust the cup height based on material density/bulkiness to control the weight of each bag.
Simple daily maintenance:
Parts that come into contact with the material can be quickly disassembled for direct washing and cleaning; the machine features an integrated fault alarm system that displays the cause of errors on the screen, facilitating troubleshooting.
