1. Rotary Feeding Disc (Critical component prone to jamming)
Clear away the sugar residue daily; disassemble the disc base weekly to clean the motor's heat dissipation vents;
Lubricate the disc's rotating shaft weekly; stop the machine immediately for inspection if abnormal noise occurs;
Do not strike the disc surface with hard objects to prevent deformation that could disrupt the feeding process.
2. Three-Servo Control System (Core electrical system)
Keep the electrical control cabinet dry; use moisture-absorbing desiccant in humid workshop environments;
Do not wash the touchscreen with water; wipe it only with a soft, dry cloth;
Disconnect power during prolonged shutdowns; power on and run the system for 30 minutes monthly to prevent moisture damage.
3. Heat Sealing and Cutting Module
Wait for the sealing blade to cool completely before cleaning;
Avoid maintaining temperatures above 180°C for extended periods to minimize carbonization of the silicone strips;
Replace the sealing blade's thermal insulation material quarterly to prevent heat leakage and equipment damage.
4. Film Unwinding and Web Guiding Mechanism
Keep guide rollers smooth and free of adhesive residue to prevent the packaging film from tearing;
Calibrate the web guiding sensor monthly to prevent the film from drifting laterally.
