I. Equipment Overview
Extended Infeed Conveyor: Stainless steel conveyor belt suitable for long workpieces, food items, and piping; features adjustable support legs for seamless integration with production lines.
Main Control & Operation Area: Touchscreen interface combined with physical Start/Stop and Emergency Stop buttons; houses the built-in servo control system and photoelectric eye for color mark tracking.
Center Sealing & Cutting Module (Mid-section): High-profile cutter design with a maximum clearance height of 120mm, accommodating taller products.
Finished Product Discharge Conveyor (Right side): Blue anti-slip belt for transporting packaged finished goods.
Cabinet Base: Equipped with swivel casters for easy mobility; houses the motor, temperature control units, and electrical components.

III. Operational Precautions
Recalibrate the color mark photoelectric sensor after replacing the packaging film to prevent bag-cutting misalignment.
Adjust the center and end sealing temperatures based on film thickness; the temperature range for PE shrink film is 120–180°C.
Regularly clean hot-melt residue from the cutter and apply lubricant to ensure clean, burr-free cuts.
Lock the swivel casters before moving the equipment; do not touch the cutter or drive rollers while the machine is running.
