1. Clean the vacuum pump chamber of dust and dirt every six months, and clean the fan engine cover, fan wheel, ventilation grille, and cooling fins (using compressed air).
2. Change the vacuum pump oil and oil filter every 500-2000 hours.
3. Check the oil level and color weekly. If the oil level is below the "MIN" mark, add oil; if the oil level is above the "MAX" mark, drain some oil. If the vacuum pump oil is diluted due to excessive condensation, it needs to be completely replaced, and the gas ballast valve should also be replaced.
4. Vacuum pump oil should be bright and clear, without any foam or cloudiness. If a milky white substance remains after the oil has settled, it indicates foreign matter has entered, and the oil should be replaced.
5. Check the intake and exhaust filters monthly.
