The powder filling and capping line comprises powder filling and capping, electromagnetic induction sealing, double-sided labeling, and inkjet printing. It features automatic can feeding, loading, metering, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, and printing.

The core of the powder filling and capping line is controlled by a PLC and metered by a servo motor, offering numerous advantages, including high speed, precise accuracy, precise and beautiful labeling, and clear inkjet printing. The entire line, except for the motor and screen control, is constructed of stainless steel. Parts in contact with the material are made of special steel to prevent contamination caused by the material's characteristics during the filling process. The machine has six detection and labeling stations, employs photoelectric detection, and is operated by touch-screen software. The conveyor belt, centralizing belt, top belt, and bottle reel all feature stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, ensuring accurate and precise labeling.

7. A variety of ink colors and properties are available (red, black, yellow, and white), including anti-migration black ink, gasoline-resistant ink, and invisible anti-counterfeiting ink.
