The structure principle of the folding machine

The paper folding machine is composed of four major systems: the feeder system, the runway system, the folding forming system and the book collection system.
1. Feida system
①The Feida system is mainly composed of a fan and a paper suction head. The fan has two outlet air, one for suction and the other for blowing.
The size can be adjusted by an air valve. There are two air filters on the side of the fan, which need to be opened once a week for cleaning.
②The feeder head mainly sucks up the paper by suction and only sucks one sheet at a time, and then uses the suction wheel to send the paper into the runway.
2. Runway system
The runway system uses a rotating shaft to drive the belt to transport the paper, and there is a row of paper presses above each conveyor belt.
Ball. The function of the paper ball is to hold down the paper and make the paper more stable in the track.
3. Folding forming system
① The folding forming system is mainly the combination of the folding tray and the rubber roller so that we can achieve a certain folding effect.
②Electronic knife folding mainly uses paper to induce the electric eye to make the electronic knife move down to achieve the purpose of folding.
4. Book collection system
The collection system is mainly a collection table to receive the folded paper through the conveying belt, so that the paper can be stacked neatly and orderly.
