Packaging development prospect forecast

Most of my country’s food packaging enterprises are small in scale. “Small but complete” is one of its main characteristics. At the same time, there is the repeated production of mechanical products that are low-cost, relatively backward in technology, and easy to manufacture, regardless of the requirements of industry development. Approximately one-quarter of enterprises have low-level repetitive production. This is a great waste of resources, causing confusion in the packaging machinery market and hindering the development of the industry.

The annual output value of most enterprises is between several million yuan and 10 million yuan, and there are many enterprises with less than 1 million yuan. Every year, nearly 15% of enterprises change production or close down, but another 15% of enterprises join the industry, which is extremely unstable and hinders the stability of the development of the industry.

With the continuous development of science and technology, the emergence of various food and aquatic products has put forward new requirements on food packaging technology and equipment. The competition of food packaging machinery is becoming increasingly fierce. In the future, food packaging machinery will cooperate with industrial automation to promote the improvement of the overall level of packaging equipment and develop multi-functional, high-efficiency, low-consumption food packaging equipment.
