Maintenance and Care of Three-Servo Pillow Packaging Machine
The film feeding and material feeding of the three-servo pillow packaging machine are performed simultaneously. Color mark detection and proximity switches detect the positions of film and material feeding, respectively. After the film is formed by the forming device into a tubular film, it undergoes longitudinal heat sealing. Simultaneously, the material is fed into the tubular film and moves forward together through the transverse sealing and cutting section. A rotary or reciprocating transverse sealing and cutting blade performs transverse sealing and cutting on the tubular film, outputting the packaged product. It is suitable for packaging various solid objects such as shortbread, wife cakes, flower cakes, egg yolk pies, fruit pies, biscuits, bread, mooncakes, candy, medicines, daily necessities, hardware parts, cardboard boxes, or trays.
Maintenance and Care of a Three-Servo Pillow Packaging Machine:
1. Before starting the machine, operators should regularly check that all wire connections are secure.
2. Dust and other small particles can affect some functions of the packaging machine. Dust on the probes of photoelectric switches and proximity switches can easily cause malfunctions, so they should be checked and cleaned regularly.
3. Pay attention to details when cleaning the machine. For example, regularly clean the surface of the horizontal sealing slip ring with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol to remove carbon powder.
4. Some parts of the three-servo pillow packaging machine cannot be altered arbitrarily. Non-professionals should not open the electrical components. The parameters or programs of the frequency converter, microcomputer, and other control components are pre-set; arbitrarily changing them will cause system malfunctions and prevent the machine from working properly.
