Cleaning and maintenance of pillow packaging machines
Pillow packaging machines are suitable for packaging various solid, regularly shaped, large block materials, such as biscuits, bread, frozen foods, daily necessities, and industrial parts. For dispersed materials, the items to be packaged must first be placed in a box to form a regular whole before packaging. They are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, hardware, and daily chemical industries.
Pillow packaging machines are becoming increasingly widely used. Here are some methods for cleaning and maintaining a pillow packaging machine:
1. After stopping the machine, clean the metering section promptly. For example, if packaging mooncakes, bread, instant noodles, ice cream, or pastries, ensure the feeding chain and worktable are cleaned every shift to prevent corrosion.
2. The heat sealer should be cleaned frequently to ensure a clear seal texture.
3. The photoelectric tracking head, also known as the photoelectric sensor, should be cleaned regularly to minimize tracking errors.
4. Any material spilled on the chain should be cleaned promptly to keep the machine parts clean.
5. Regularly clean the dust inside the electrical control box to prevent malfunctions such as poor contact. Within one week of use, the transmission and moving parts must be inspected, tightened, and lubricated; thereafter, regular monthly inspections and maintenance are required.
