1. The filling adjustment system is composed of variable frequency motor, PLC and touch screen, solenoid valve, material cylinder, actuator and other combination through control setting,easy to adjust and filling accurate .2. The container positioning system is completed by cylinder. Customer can adjust according to different size and shapes bottles, the method is simple and the positioning is accurate.
3. The anti dripping system adopts cylinder control. When the filling nozzle is blocked, the recycle device for the leakage slot is adopted to further overcome the leakage phenomenon.
4. Some filling materials are easily filled with bubbles. We design the filling nozzle into the outer plug to solve the bubble problem, and use the "PLC" program to control the function of the whole filling edge filling edge, so that the filling measurement is more accurate.
We have QC person stay on the production lines do to the inspection.All products must have been inspected before delivery.we do inline inspection and final inspection.
