Replace the cylinder seal for the 1 gallon bottle filling machine
(1) Loosen the middle shaft connecting nut between the cylinder and the cylinder to disengage the connecting rod. Loosen the cylinder fixing bolts to remove the cylinder.
(2) Remove the piston from the cylinder and remove the seal with a flat-blade screwdriver.
(3) Heat the new seal ring with warm water and insert it into the piston installation groove according to the original direction. Do not install the seal and the piston and the piston.
(4) Put the piston of the well-seal ring into the cylinder.
(5) Install the cylinder according to the original disassembly sequence, and tighten the screws.
Precautions
1 chassis grounding needs to be good
2 the 1 gallon bottle filling machine working environment temperature≥5°C
3 At the air pressure control valve, the new oil should be periodically replaced in the inlet oil cup to prevent the air from the compressor from entering the equipment cylinder.
Note: The ordinary air compressor can realize the filling machine work (it is recommended that the user brings one air compressor of 0.36m3∕min)
