1. Adjust air compressor

(1) Open the back door Insert the trachea (as shown in Figure 1) to adjust the pressure to more than 0.4 MPa. (Pull the adjusting knob up and then adjust it clockwise to increase the air pressure, and vice versa to decrease the air pressure)

2. Adjust filling volume

(1) Loosen the fixing screws of the magnetic switch on the cylinder with a small screwdriver. The bottom one is the buffer (slow) adjustment, and the upper one is the filling adjustment.

(2) Move the filling magnetic switch up and down to the filling volume position to carry out test filling. If it is more than one, it will move downwards, and if it moves upwards, it will move upwards (the scale is marked with the oil volume per cell. You can move the corresponding number according to the deviation amount when adjusting)

(3) fixed buffer adjustment magnetic switch (normally lower than the filling adjustment magnetic switch is about 8cm lower)

3. Adjust filling speed

(1) Adjust the air pressure by adjusting the integral filling regulating valve to adjust the speed of the piston to achieve the adjustment of the filling speed (decrease clockwise and increase counterclockwise)

(2) Adjust the deceleration to adjust the magnetic valve on the regulating valve and the cylinder to adjust the piston damping speed so as to prevent the filling to the last spillage.

(Adjusting the valve clockwise is obviously slow, counterclockwise is not obvious slow speed; slow magnetic switch is farther from the filling amount of magnetic switch is more obvious,otherwise not obvious)
