What are some methods for repairing fully automatic packaging machinery?

Fully automatic packaging machines are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, clothing, hardware, postal, and transportation industries, providing great convenience. However, they also bring numerous problems. Packaging machines are technically complex, making them prone to malfunctions, which directly affects packaging quality. I. The Fully Automatic Packaging Machine is Not in the Correct Position

First, check the soldering iron temperature regulator to ensure it's at the required temperature. Adjust it within ±10 degrees Celsius, taking into account the ambient temperature. Second, check if the conveyor belt is loose. This is usually caused by a loose nut. If the belt slips to the side and cannot reach the standard position, the conveyor belt is loose. A third possibility is belt jamming. Improper operation or an incorrectly sized belt can cause the belt to jam. In the belt track, use compressed air to remove any remaining strapping residue.

The causes of this malfunction are:

1. A faulty LS1 microswitch on the right side of the upper slide plate;

2. The spring is blocked by foreign objects, preventing it from contacting the node. In this case, the switch needs to be repaired and the foreign objects removed.

The causes of this malfunction may be:

1. The belt is adjusted too tight. In this case, the belt drive seat needs to be adjusted downwards, or the motor position adjusted backwards;

2. There is oil on the large sliding belt. In this case, the belt must be removed and cleaned.

This malfunction is generally due to mechanical reasons. We need to check the positioning panel of the large packing head to see if there is severe wear. If the wear is causing the packing head to not be fixed when tightened, the positioning template needs to be replaced.
