Maintenance and maintenance of pillow packaging machine

Pillow packaging machine is a typical mechatronics product, the whole system includes mechanical transmission, electronic heating, color mark positioning control. Regular objects such as moon cakes, buns, Shaqima, popsicles, biscuits, daily necessities, seafood, and hotel toothbrushes can be packed.

一. Cleaning and maintenance for each shift

1. Before cleaning and wiping the machine, the power must be turned off to ensure the safety of the man-machine.

2. Wipe the working surface and outer surface of the machine with a clean and damp cloth.

3. Use compressed air to remove product debris from the feeding mechanism, middle seal and end seal.

4. Use a steel wire brush coated with oil to remove the film fragments adhering to the end sealing knife.

二. Monthly inspection and maintenance

1. Lubricate the gears and sprocket chains that match each other in the machine's rotating system. The principle of lubrication is light smearing. For the synchronous belt and conveying flat belt on the machine, it is absolutely forbidden to lubricate with oil.

2. Lubricate the end seal bearing with oil.

3. Check the tension of the chain and belt of the transmission parts, and adjust them if necessary.

4. Check the looseness of the screws and nuts of each component, and tighten them if necessary.

5. Check brush deposits and wipe if necessary.
