In the face of some common failure problems in the production and use of automatic bottle filling machines, I will share the relevant adjustment experience here for your reference in daily use and maintenance:
Let's talk about the reasons for the failure of the automatic liquid bottle filling machine to fill in inaccurate or out of stock materials:
1. Whether the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed, the throttle valve cannot be closed;
2. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the quick-installing three-way control valve. If so, please clean it up. Whether there is air in the quick-installing three-way control valve and the leather tube of the filling head, if there is air, try to reduce or eliminate the air;
3. Whether all sealing rings are damaged, if damaged, please replace with new ones;
4. Check whether the valve core of the filling nozzle is jammed or delayed to open. If there is a jam, the valve core should be re-installed. If the opening is delayed, it is necessary to adjust the throttle valve of the thin cylinder;
5. The elastic force of the coil spring is compressed up and down in the quick-installed three-way control valve, and the elastic force of the spring is adjusted. If the elastic force is too large, the check valve will not be opened;
6. Whether the filling speed is too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve to reduce the filling speed;
7. Check and correct whether all clamps and leather pipe buckles are well sealed;
8. Whether the magnetic switch is loose, please lock it after each adjustment.
Proper maintenance can be done after the cause of the failure is found. If the filling machine is not evenly filled with liquid, the joint is tightened at the end, and there is air leakage. It needs to be further tightened. If the machine rotates normally, but no dispensing liquid is discharged. First, check if there is foreign matter in the valve, if there is any, it should be cleaned immediately; check whether the upper and lower thimbles in the valve are wrongly placed. If the crank does not rotate normally after turning on the machine.
